All condos come with a private balcony, 2 to 3 bedrooms and range from 1200 – nearly 1500 sq ft. The same floor plans can be found in Vista Cay and Windsor Palms. Condo’s start in the upper 100’s.
Windsor Hills has recently added a water park to the community which features 2 large side by side slides, 2 smaller kids slides and a fantastic water splash pad area which boasts geysers and rooster tails which randomly spit out water at unknown times, one of our favorite activities is to stand under the giant water wheel and be soaked by the water. The Grove boasts a Safari water park that features a FlowRider® Double surf simulator, dual water slides, a 695-foot lazy river, kids’ activities pool, and zero-entry pool. The Springs pool area in the resort offers 3 full-size pools, an extra-large hot tub, children’s splash area, and poolside cabanas. The spa is also available which offers many treatments such as hot stone massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, and even in-room massages if you prefer this option. The resort has its own restaurants and even an onsite sundry shop. The condos in the resort start in the mid 300’s and there are 2 and 3 bedroom units to choose from which range in size from approximately 1200 to 1500 sq ft.

Reunion Resort is a large master-planned community located 9 miles from Walt Disney World with easy access onto the I4 and 429 toll road which takes you right to the Disney exit. The resort is wonderful with homes from the 200’s up to millions of dollars. There is literally something for everyone here. The resort is made of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. The resort is built around 3 beautiful golf courses that are not open to the public. The resort is so large that the resort is broken down into neighborhoods within the resort such as the terraces, Homestead, Center court ridge, and many more. The condos are situated in various communities within the neighborhood. They range in price from the 100’s and up to around 400k. The resort is a private gated community that boasts 11 pools, gymnasium, water park, tennis courts, spa, bike hire, and some onsite beautiful restaurants. Some of these activities do require a monthly membership fee, ask your realtor about this.
Bahama Bay Condos
As you enter Bahama Bay you will love the lush vegetation and tropical feel of the community. Bahama Bay is located around 8 miles west of Disney in Davenport. Only a short distance from the 192 and the New sunset walk where you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants. Bahama Bay is a large community zoned for short term rentals and has a clubhouse and onsite Spa offering many activities such as massages and manicures and pedicures. There are 2 resort pools, a splash park for the kids with plenty of fun activities, and the onsite restaurant and bar called trade winds which offers lunch and dinner.
The condos itself come in 2 to 3 bedrooms, the smallest being 1200 sq ft and the large being 1700 sq ft. Some of the large condos offer a wrap-around balcony, huge bathroom, and spacious living area. Many of the condos overlook ponds and green spaces in the resort. There is an onsite booking company that you can choose to sign up.
