You delivered the utmost in professional services with your marketing of the home, management of the transaction, communications, and the many other facets of staging the property. Irrespective of the challenges at hand, you maintained a positive perspective and had a great sense of humor. While running a very successful business, you worked tirelessly, and with your personalized approach, delivered services as if I was your sole client (fortunately for you that is not the case J).
I appreciate the very generous offer that you made to adjust your commission for the sale of my property. However, the value of your services is far greater than any commission can recognize. Correspondingly, I sent to you a payment, beyond that which was provided for in the closing statement, to provide the full-commission which we originally agreed upon.
Thank you for everything that you did on my behalf, for without your support, I do not know if I could have realized this outcome. If I can ever be of any assistance (e.g. providing a reference), please let me know as I would be pleased to do so.
