Orlando’s first vacation home to generate $1m+ in revenue

ORLANDO, FL: A privately owned vacation home in Orlando generated more than $1m in rental revenue last year, it has been revealed.

The $10m mega-mansion, which features 15 bedrooms and more than 25,000 square feet of luxurious living space, is the first villa near Disney World to generate such a high return for its owner in the space of a single year.

Located just 5.5 miles from Disney World in the prestigious community of Reunion Resort, Orlando, the villa is one of a new breed of properties generating huge returns for investors.

Known simply as Reunion Resort 15000, the villa is marketed by the experts at TheTopVillas.com and is available for sale through TopVillasRealty.com. It commands an average nightly rental rate of $4000 – more than any other vacation home in Orlando. Even with this high nightly price, the vacation home is occupied for more than 75% of the year.

A sound investment

Many homeowners who have invested in the Orlando region are noticing a similar trend. Orlando, once seen largely as a budget-friendly choice for families, has now turned into the vacation destination of choice for the super-wealthy.

“Reunion Resort 15000 has been so successful because it was the first house in the Orlando vacation rental market designed and built with high-end clients in mind,” says Top Villas director Tom Mannings.

“We find more guests are looking for super-luxurious spaces to stay and relax in during their vacation, and this home caters to their every need.”

The home that generated $1m of bookings in a single year

Reunion Resort 15000 is an ultra-luxurious property, designed to blur the boundaries between a vacation rental and a fully private boutique hotel.

It comes complete with its own catering kitchen, a luggage elevator, and a private ESPA branded luxury spa. Guests can set up all treatments, itineraries, and house extras prior to their stay via a dedicated guest experience team, which acts as the home’s private concierge.

How is the home marketed?

Reunion Resort 15000 is marketed by www.thetopvillas.com, a luxury vacation rental company that have offices in Orlando, Florida, and the United Kingdom.

“We live and breathe Orlando,” says Tom Mannings. “Our Orlando office is located right outside the gates of Reunion Resort, and although the current situation around the world is having an impact on the entire travel industry, we are still seeing strong demand for Orlando.

“Orlando is the perfect vacation spot to come too once guests get better clarification of the situation, large homes with private pools, and plenty to keep the entire family entertained.  All of our homes have increased their sanitization protocols in response to the current outbreak. In addition, it’s clear that vacation homes offer a degree of privacy, safety, and isolation not available at hotels and resorts, which often have communal facilities.
