Rosemont Woods was originally built by Park Square Homes and solely for vacation rentals with a guaranteed lease back through Contempo.  You may have heard it being referred to as Virgin Village, well the leaseback is long gone and all homes are privately owned and mainly are still all being used as vacation homes.  When originally purchased the furniture was included so they all look similar in the inside. On the exterior they are pretty homes, all have pools and red-tiled roofs. It’s one of the smaller communities in Providence. Resales start in the 300’s
