Drayton woods was another original subdivision within Providence which has only recently been completed, you have homes in there that were built originally by Toll brothers in 2008 to recently completed homes by DR Horton and Lennar who took over the lots in Drayton Woods.  Some of these homes back onto ponds and conservation areas. Drayton woods also is linked to Preston woods which is the next community along. You will notice some similarities in the homes in Drayton Woods and Fairway Villas as a lot of them have the stonework on the exterior.  The lots in Drayton woods and great sizes and most of them have room for a large pool or fenced yard.
