Indian Point is a non-gated community located in Kissimmee just off Poinciana Blvd and only 2.7 miles from the Sunrail station at Poinciana South. This is the starting point for the SunRail and you can get to Downtown Orlando and Winter Park in less than an hour. Indian Point is a deed-restricted community that was started around 1994 by Greater Construction and completed in the early 2000s. The community is zoned for short term rental but you will find that it is now mainly residential. There is a community pool on a large pond by the entrance in the community, tennis courts, playgrounds, and restrooms which can only be accessed by the residents using their community key. Indian Point is in a great location and is not too far from Highway 192 where you will find plenty to do such as helicopter rides, churches, markets, and an abundance of shops and restaurants.
