Liberty Village is a small non-gated community located off of Poinciana Blvd and is approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World and 18 miles from Universal Studios.  The community is zoned for short term rentals but you find that there are more and more full-time residents moving into Liberty Village.  The community is surrounded by conservation, ponds, and lush vegetation and the roads are very wide in the community with plenty of space for day time parking. Many of the homes in the community have lovely views from their pools.  The new SunRail train station located close to the home depot and Wawa gas station is only 2.5 miles away.  The SunRail train starts at this station with its final stop in Debary, this makes Liberty Village a great location for people who want to take advantage of the lower-priced homes in the suburbs and commute to downtown.
