Calabria is a nongated community located just off of Westside blvd in Kissimmee, only 3.8 miles west of the new sunset walk at Margaritaville where you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants and a state of the art movie theatre where you can watch your movie and have your dinner at the same time. Also located close by is the new advent Four corners E.R and a local shopping plaza where you can pick up groceries, pool supplies, have a bite to eat at the local Dennys, and much more.
Calabria is in a great location if you are looking for a vacation home in Orlando close to the parks, it is only 6 miles from Walt Disney location and as it had no resort-style facilities the HOA is lower compared to other communities nearby.
Calabria Short Term Vacation Rentals
The community is zoned for short term rentals but there are full-time residents also. It is a small peaceful neighborhood with some homes backing up to a pond and others onto wooded areas.
Homes in Calabria are mainly 5 and 6 bedroom homes starting in the 300’s. They were first started around 2007 but most of the homes were not finished until 2012/2013.
