North Village in Celebration is the area closest to the 192 and right next to the 417 entrance, this Village is more on the outskirts  and is near to the publix plaza at Celebration Water Tower. This village houses the spacious Georgtown Condo’s which consist of 31 buildings and start in the low to mid 200’s for a 2 bedroom.   Georgetown condos are made of various floor plans. The come in all shapes sizes, from condos to townhomes with mutliple floors. Single Family homes start around the $400k mark and go all the way up to the millions.  Acadia Estate homes, some of the largest in the town are also located in North Village and hug the golf course around the 12th – 17th holes.
